COVID-19 RESPONSE
Keeping our Guests and Employees comfortable and safe during every visit is our #1 priority. We have taken above and beyond measures to ensure a safe re-opening for our community and ensure we are following all provincial regulations and standards:
- Effective immediately, all indoor/outdoor dining is closed. Takeout only.
- All guests must wear masks unless eating or drinking only
- All guests must maintain physical distancing at all times
- Extra focus has been placed on sanitizing tables, chairs and seating in between guests
- Glass partitions have been installed between booths where physically distancing is not possible
- Washroom limited capacity – 1-2 Guests at a time (depending on location)
- Capacity (10 patrons indoors and limited of 4 people sitting together) and other restrictions & bylaws will be in full compliance with Ontario’s Re-Opening Act and will be kept current to keep with current zoning guidelines
- All Employees are fully trained on New Health & Safety policies before returning back to work
- All Employees undergo wellness checks and temperature checks upon arrival for each shift
- All Employees wear personal protective equipment (ie. masks), including eye protection and follow handwashing protocols
- Increased sanitation measures including:
- Cutlery handling with gloves
- Shared surfaces such as condiments, debit/credit units, menus are all sanitized in between uses
- Interiors have been deep cleaned during the closure
- Extra staff on each shift to ensure sanitation and capacity regulations are strictly followed
- Contact tracing required for all guests upon entry
- Wellness questionnaire required for all guests upon entry, including delivery drivers and service technicians
